Helpful Guidance

 

• We currently offer readily available pieces as well as a bespoke service which allows you to pick the exact size and colour palette of any design. 
• We can colour match so if you have a fabric or wall colour in mind then please send it to us.
• Lead times are around 4 weeks for a bespoke canvas and then the frame will be an additional 2 weeks, if that is something you would like us to help source. For readily available pieces we aim to get them delivered between 5-10 working days without a frame, it will be an additional 2 weeks to get it framed.  
  
• We can frame all our pieces in a variety of styles and colours but our most popular are 10 mm wide floating frame in black, gold or grey.
• Before bespoke art is posted out we will send you photos and videos for your approval, and if it isn't quite right we will make any necessary changes. 
• We do accept returns if you are not happy with the piece although we will always try to see if we can amend or adapt pieces first. For a full refund we will need to be notified within 14 days of receiving the piece. You would need to cover the delivery charge to send it back to us. For bespoke pieces you will receive a 50% refund if you’re not happy. 
• Anything damaged will be fixed/re-made or fully refunded.
• If you have a specific idea/design in mind then please don't hesitate to send it over as we are more than happy to have a go at trying out a new style. 
• Please note that with bespoke pieces they will differ slightly from the original as we want everyone to have a piece unique to them. 
• We would love to photograph the pieces in situ once delivered but will only post on our social media pages with your permission.
